Rickey was born in Virginia Beach, VA but now lives in Baltimore, MD. He has a wife of 3 years and two daughters, ages 5 years old and 3 years old. Rickey played many different sports while growing up and continued to play baseball and volleyball in high school. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Communications with an emphasis on Broadcast Journalism from Old Dominion University. He is currently a General Manager of a hotel in the Baltimore-Washington area. Rickey has always wanted to have a career in sports after high school but his career in hospitality was too far along when he graduated to start all over. Being a member of this website allows him to continue his pursuit of his dream job of becoming a sports journalist.
