Hailie Jade is All Grown Up!
We first heard Eminem talk about his daughter in "'97 Bonnie & Clyde." Then heard her on a track with him in "My Dad's Gone Crazy" and heard him sing songs "Hailie's Song," "When I'm Gone," and Mockingbird" to her. That little girl we grew up hearing songs about is not so little anymore. She turned 21 in December. She has quietly flown under the radar surprisingly, but has become a social media darling as of late. Since her Instagram debut in October 2016 she has quietly gotten over a quarter of a million followers. Instagram is her only social media outlet as of right now.
She is currently attending Michigan State University according to the Huffington Post, where it has not been confirmed what she is studying. She graduated high school with honors in 2014, that was the last time she was "in the news," when on her school district's website she wrote that her mother and father "pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have."
Eminem, who's real name is Marshall Mathers, married Hailie's mother twice and then divorced her twice. They first got married in 1999 and divorced two years later in 2001. They then remarried in 2006, only to divorce again a couple of months after. Marshall has faced many accusations about his lyrics through the years, stating that they were violent towards women, specifically Kim, who he has described killing in many different songs. But since the divorces and song releases, it has been reported that Marshall and Kim have reconciled and in 2014's single "Headlights" he made a public apology to Kim.
On Hailie's Instagram she posted a picture of her and her boyfriend out celebrating her 21st birthday.
Hailie is Marshall's only biological daughter. He has legally adopted his ex-wife, Kim Scott's, daughter Whitney, who is 14, and Kim Scott's deceased twin sister's daughter, Alaina, 23. Marshall also has legal custody of his younger half-brother Nate.
